Performance-driven athletes are always looking for ways to get an edge over their competitors. In cycling, more specifically time trials, a lot of time and money are invested in getting the athlete as fast as possible.

The solution

We create custom time trial extensions. A custom, fitting product increases rider comfort and thereby his/her performance. Moreover, our product provides a (windtunnel tested) aerodynamic gain of over 2 percent. In a sport ruled by a philosophy of marginal gains, our product gives a major advantage. At a niche market where manual labour intensive processes are the norm, we are replacing these man hours with smart processes, like parametric design and 3D printed mould making.
